This lovely two bedroom poolside apartment is one of only fifty eight on a small development that nestles into the hillside between the fishing villages of Villaricos and Palomares. It comprises one double and one twin bedroom, a well equipped kitchen, four-piece bathroom suite a spacious living/dining area with a double sofa bed and a patio area which leads directly to the poolside. The apartment has dual aircon/heating units ensuring the temperature is just right all year round. There is a secure underground carpark immediately below the apartment which is accessed by electronic key.
Ten minutes away by car is the famous Desert Springs golf course which is beautifully designed and the best in the region. The stunning “Pueblo Blanco” mountain town of Mojacar, originally built by the Moors is only a ten minute drive along the coast. The closest airport is Almeria which is a 45 minute drive away with Murcia and Alicante airports accessible but further afield. Great shopping, restaurants and bars can found in the neighbouring coastal town of Garrucha or the pretty inland town of Vera. Close by is the Sierra De Alamilla National Park, this natural wildlife reserve and has areas to walk, camp and trail ride by horse if you’re feeling adventurous. If you want to stay close to home Palomares has a couple of nice little bars and restaurants, a pharmacy, two banks, a video store, grocery shop and a bakers amongst others but this a proper Spanish town so don’t forget your phrase book!
