This Self Catering Luxury Villa has a fabulous community Pool with childrens pool and lifeguard and is ideal family accommodation for up to 6 persons at a low budget and affordable price. This holiday Villa is within 600 meteres from Playazo beach and within walking distance of all the lovely beaches that Nerja has on offer.
Golf is abundant on the Costa Del Sol and within 15 minutes drive from the Villa is one of the many Golf Courses the Costa Del sol is famous for Baviera Golf.
Nerja has a wonderful ideal all year round climate which really is the best in Europe. On average, Nerja can expect about 200 days per year to be sunny and virtually cloudless with high average winter temperatures of 10.5 to 18.2 and yet within a 90 minute drive you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes.
The villa is approached through a most attractive courtyard that is surrounded by many flowering trees and shrubs. A traditional tiled staircase with wrought iron balustrades leads to the entrance door.
The road below the courtyard is a no-through road and there is ample space for car parking.
