The area is absolutely tranquil, the only sounds are those of birdsong.

The property has its own natural spring, arising in a cave situated on the land, which provides constant irrigation water and the house is also connected to the mains water supply.  There is no electricity supply connected as yet, although it is promised in the future. The existing owners have used two generators, one for the house and the other for the swimming pool pump.
