This is a very attractive complex of three renovated cortijos, each very separate, which is set in over 2 hectares of mostly wooded land, offering complete privacy to each cortijo. Location
The property is situated approx 15 mins drive from the centre of the market town of Orgiva which is a charming agricultural town with all the necessary amenities including supermarkets, banks and a medical centre, as well as many bars and restaurants. Orgiva is located in a valley in the southern slopes of Sierra Nevada, and is considered the capital of the Western Alpujarras, a historical region between the highlands of Sierra Nevada and the Mediterranean. It is about half an hour's drive to Pampaneira, Bubión and Capileira, three of the most attractive mountain villages in Spain, and about 15 minutes away from the spa town of Lanjaron, famous for its healing waters. Granada is just a 50 minutes drive to the north, while the nearest beach is at Motril at an approximate driving distance of 35 minutes. Malaga and its international airport are approx. 90 minutes away.
