From the living room there are large doors which open onto the very spacious terrace which has amazing views of the sea, barbecue, table and chairs for dining and sun loungers.
There is also a beautiful communal swimming pool in lovely gardens, with stunning views to the sea.
The apartment also has private secure parking and a lift for easy access to the apartment.
The entire block is only 4 floors and is very exclusive.
This apartment is a great place to relax or to enjoy many of the facilities of Calahonda.
There is a large choice of Golf courses very near.
The town of Marbella is also approximately 15 minutes drive and Calahonda is a perfect location to explore the Costa del Sol and is approximately 50 mins drive from Gibraltar and near to towns, for example, Fuengirola, Benalmadena and Estepona.
In Calahonda there are fantastic beaches with water-sports, theme parks, including The Sealife centre in Benalmadena and many other attractions.
It is a perfect location for a family vacation and because of the peaceful location, it is also a tranquil holiday situation.
You can visit the Selwo natural park, El Chorro lakes, behind the hills of Malaga and even go skiing in the Sierra Nevada in less than 2 hours drive!
There is a tourist train which stops at the end of the street, throughout the day, to take clients to and from the beach.
