Spain holiday rental apartment in Costa del Sol - Andalucia - Spain
This lovely 2 bedroom ground floor apartment is situated on the La Joya Urbanisation just outside Fuengirola direction Mijas Costa
The Apartment has a lovely terrace with seaview and view on the garden and pool. On this complex there are 2 swimming pools plus a childrens pool.
You will have easy access to the beaches just on walking distance, but on the Club La Costa are 2 trains which you can use to get also to the beaches.
Also there is an arrangement that all the guests can use the Club La Costa Facilities as well.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Air Condition, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, washing machine and outdoor barbecue is also available.
Parking is secure behind a fence.
Outside in the front there is a nice (16 m2) patio, and at the garden side there is a large terrace with nice garden furniture and a big gas grill.
The common area consists of a really nice garden, very well kept by the gardener, with two large swimming pools. Everything is very clean and tidy on the community area. Towels for bathing and shower and bedclothes for both summer and winter season are supplied.
In addition to this the urbanisation has an agreement with 'Club la Costa', which is a holiday club. That means that we can use all facilities 'Club la Costa' offers, free of charge. Here is a large park area, children park, children and adults swimming pools, fitness centre etc. In addition 'Club la Costa has got at least two very nice restaurants and bars with live music every night. This area is just 250 meter from our urbanisation.
The beach is only 5 minutes slow walk from our flat, a quiet beach with a small beach restaurant with very good service and excellent food.
The area has as well got connection to 'Club la Costas parabola installation, i.e. connection to 30 channels (SKY, CNN, BBC etc.).
The flat has also a PC with connection to internet through a broadband, ADSL or similar.
