Playa San Marcos: a little harbour which still remained is familiar atmosfere, its very popular at the townsfolk of Icod, El Tanque, and all the other of the North, because it is the ONLY beach hamlet along the whole north coast, which offers comfortably swimming fishing, sand and boats, cafes and restaurants, climbing and golfing... The fine, dark sandy beach is very suiting to children, because it is protected and guarded. There is a deck-chair-hire. The beach is also surrounded by a nice esplanade with Cafés, Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkets and a farmacists.

· by car from Airport South (Reina Sofia) via Motorway to Santa Cruz, from there to Puerto de la Cruz and Icod de los Vinos and Playa San Marcos. Parking at the busstation near to the Apartmenthouse Lourdes. (2 h)
