AccessibilityAll the rooms are spacious but there are steps to reach the property so it would not be ideal for the mobility impaired.OutsideThe property is fully enclosed with a remote controlled entrance gate leading to a driveway with secure parking for up to 3 cars. The apartment is reached by way of its own flight of steps down from the drive. It has a large private terrace with panoramic views of the sea and mountains. It has a dining table and chairs, sun loungers, parasols, and a gas bbq. The House has its own roof terrace with dining table, chairs, sun loungers, side tables and magnificent panoramic views of the sea and mountains. Adjacent to the lounge area is a covered terrace with dining table and chairs, bbq area with gas bbq and outdoor sink. Steps take you down to the pool terrace with its 8m x 4m swimming pool which can also be accessed from the bedroom area. Sun loungers, an electric awning and parasols are available and the area around the pool is fitted with anti-slip tiles. The pool can be heated at an extra £200 for the 1st week and £100 for each subsequent week.Bedroom 1 (3.90x 3.10m) has twin beds.There is also a quality 'Z' bed to make a triple room on request.Bedroom 2 (3.70m x 2.40m) has twin beds.Both bedrooms have generous wardrobe space.The fully tiled shower room (3.60 m x 2.10m) has twin wash basins, WC and bidet.The kitchen is open plan and has a dining area (3.90m x 3.80m). There is a plentiful supply of crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans.The lounge is airy and spacious (6x4m) with a leather corner suite and arm chairs. It is equipped with satellite TV, DVD/Video player, stereo Radio/CD player. There is a good selection of DVDs, books and games. The 4 metre wide patio doors provide fantastic panoramic views of the sea and mountains.Bed linen, hand towels, bath towels and tea towels are provided and changed weekly.
