The separate kitchen is well equipped with many appliances including an electric cooker /hob, dishwasher, toaster, microwave. There is a handy utility area off the kitchen housing the washing machine, iron and ironing board, and also an external washing line for ease of drying off beach towels, swim suits, etc.The lounge is furnished with large leather sofa which also doubles as a sofa bed for an additional guest, two comfy leather chairs, giving lounge seating for 5 persons, with flat screen TV and DVD player. The large dining table has seating for up to 6 persons too. The terrace off the lounge has been glazed in and furnished with high table and bar stools, great for relaxing with a glass of wine and watch the world go by. The views from the terrace face the Parque L'Aiguera Julio Iglesia emporium where various events are held throughout the summer months.The two bedrooms both have twin beds, one with en suite bathroom with bath and shower. There is plenty of wardrobe space and the master bedroom also overlooks the park.There is a further shower room off the entrance hallway, ideal for couples or families to each have their own bathroom.Hot / cold air conditioning is available throughout the apartment, great for both summer holidays and winter sun breaks. WIFI is available and must be pre - booked.Furthermore, when you take the lift up to the top, you have a large communal roof terrace with swimming pool. Deckchairs are provided in the apartment for you to take up to the roof where you can soak up the sun, take a dip in the pool and admire sea and mountain views at the same time. A shower and toilet have also been installed on the roof for your convenience.
