This luxuriously appointed 2 bedroom apartment has been furnished and equipped with all that the self-catering family could want. An ideal place to enjoy a cooling drink and watch the world go by is the covered terrace that looks out over the main swimming pool, across to pine and olive trees and enjoys morning shade and then sunshine till sunset. The apartment is next to the Santa Maria Golf and Country Club and is 30 minutes away from Malaga airport and 10 minutes from the lively towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus. With the apartment centrally located near Marbella you will find sightseeing simple. Within easy reach are the renowned cities of Granada, Seville and Gibraltar and Villages such as Casares, Gaucin, Mijas and Benahavis. Take a trip to Ronda with its ancient Bull Ring and breathtaking gorge. For families there are numerous sandy beaches within easy reach and for fun days out there are Water Parks, Wild Life Parks and Marine Adventure Centre.
Arrival and departure dates are flexible. The apartment is available from 2pm and vacated by 10am on departure day.

Large living area with double sofa bed. 2 armchairs and reclining armchair. Glass and wrought iron dining table, 4 chairs, coffee table, sideboard, Sky TV with UK channels, video, DVD player, CD/radio/tape player. Hall table and mirror.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: All linen and towels are provided and included. For two week lets or more, towels and linen change will be provided.
Notes on accommodation
The apartment has air-conditioning/heating. There is an underground car park with secure parking and an allocated space.

Accessibility

The terrace area is directly off of the main living room and master bedroom. Outside glass top table and 4 reclining chairs with 2 footstools and sun lounger. There are two large swimming pools and a children's pool. Terrace overlooks main swimming pool.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is close to many sandy beaches all with first class restaurants, the closest being El Laurel beach which is 3 minutes by car with free parking directly by beach.
Golf
We are situated next to the Santa Maria Golf and Country Club. There also facilities for bowls, tennis, snooker, small gym, putting green and restaurant overlooking the first tee.
It is possible to go skiing in the Sierra Nevada Mountains which takes approximately 2.5 hours and return to sunbathe in the evening by the sea.
Travel
The closest airport is Malaga which is 30 minutes drive. Car Hire is recommended.
Marbella is 10 minutes drive with beautiful shops, Orange Square and the old Town with its labyrinth of streets. Just 15 minutes away is Puerto Banus with its luxurious port, yachts and beautiful shops.
Further details
There are street markets every day in different areas which are easily accessible within a 15 minute drive. The local centre which is 8 minutes walk away has restaurants, bars, banks, supermarkets, pharmacy, laundry, hairdressers and shops.
Booking notes
£150 payment required for reservations. Balance payable within 6 weeks. £150 security deposit to be paid with the balance and will be refunded on receipt of the keys, subject to any breakages or damage.
