This charming house is situated in a tranquil area just 200m from the splendid beach of Es Cavallet and very close to the fashionable beach of Las Salinas. Sleeping 8/9 people Cana Berena has a simple but lovely interior and a heavenly location, surrounded by lush exotic greenery and with a fabulous sea view.
The lounge area is comfortably furnished and has satellite TV and a small HIFI system. There is an open-plan kitchen and dining area separated by a breakfast bar. The kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher; there is also a washing machine and dryer. Upstairs we come to three bedrooms, one is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, the other two are twin rooms with a shared full bathroom.
In the grounds of the villa there is an independent studio with a lounge that has a sofa bed (if required and on request) a small kitchenette, a double bedroom and a full bathroom. The rooms are pleasantly furnished and little touches of individuality add to their charm. Cana Berena has air conditioning and a safe.
Moving outdoors the owner has thoughtfully furnished an open terrace around the exterior of the villa. He would like you to admire, from the house, the fantastic sea and countryside views of this truly magical part of the island. There is also an attractive swimming pool directly in front of the villa with cushioned sun beds and parasols for whenever you need to cool off.
