Casa Annica is an absolutely charming country retreat set in a wooded valley deep in the heart of the Andalucian countryside, yet just 30 minutes from Malaga airport.There is a lake in the valley bottom and a river flows by just 50 metres from the villa. The property itself benefits from about 3.5 acres of grounds and from the swimming pool terrace you look out over completely unspoilt countryside with not another house in sight.
The main house consists of two bedrooms, one double with ensuite bathroom, and one twin. There is an additional shower and toilet. The large airy living/ dining room has patio doors leading out onto a covered terrace which is a wonderful spot for al fresco dining looking out as it does over the swimming pool and fabulous scenery with peace and solitude all around.The kitchen is well fitted with a full cooker, fridge /freezer, microwave and automatic washing machine.It too has patio doors leading out onto the terrace.
