This light and airy 2 bed house has been recently refurbished to a very high standard. It has an a lovely balcony with beautiful mountain and distant sea views. The house is ideal for those seeking a get away in an authentic unspoilt spanish village with attractive white washed houses and narrow winding streets which cling to the hillside. The local area is ideal for walkers but has the advantage that it is only a 35 minute drive to the coast and 1 hour to Malaga.
The house itself is open plan downstairs with the lounge, dining area and kitchen all leading on from one another giving it a very light and airy feel. There are ceiling fans in all rooms and the house has original wooden shutters to keep out the heat of the day. For the cooler months there is a woodburning stove which runs 4 radiators upstairs to provide heat in the bathroom and bedrooms.
Upstairs the family bathroom is fitted with both shower and bath and there is a large king size bedroom and a singel. Downstairs there is a double sofa bed in the lounge which also has a pull out singel so the property can sleep up to 6 people if your all good friends.
Up a further floor at the top of the house there is a large balcony withh great views over the village, countryside and down to the coast. Ideal for relaxing and sunbathing.
The kitchen is made of oak units with natural granite work surfaces and has a gas hob with electric oven for cooking. There is also a Microwave and toaster. In the little cupboard under the stairs is a half size washing machine.
The hotwater is supplied via calor gas and is included in the price as is the electricity.
