This villa will appeal to those of you who enjoy the countryside but don't want to feel isolated, who wish to enjoy the real Spain in the nearby local villages. Stunning views down to Lake Vinuela and across to the Tejada National Park and Mount Maroma. Converted from an old Finca (farm building) into a cosy single storey home. The interior is a mix of Spain and IKEA. It's is homely and cosy!Private 8m x 4m swimming pool, with Roman steps and shallow ledge all the way around the edge making it safe for children. Barbecue and terraces with fantabulouso views over the Lake and the National Park of Tejada. Full lighting on terraces to enjoy dining 'al fresco' at night!A central base for exploring the countryside of Andalucia, yet the beaches of the Mediterranean are only 15 minutes drive away. Mediterranean Sea - TORRES DEL MAR, Torrox and Nerja all within half an hour from the house with miles of sundrenched beaches strung with seafood restaurants. Just great for a leisurely lunch at a Chiringuito restaurant with fresh barbecued Sardines and an ice cold vino!NERJA with it's famous Balcon de Europa and Nerja Caves is just a 35 minute drive away, take time to explore the aquaduct and the ruins of the old sugar factory away from the tourists.Great for exploring inland rural Andalucia with magnificent countryside and beautiful whitewashed villages such as COMPETA, SAYALONGA, SEDELLA and COMARES to name a few. The Tejeda National Park with Mount Maroma are easily accessed just on the other side of the Lake.Further afield...Puerto Banus and Benalmedena are about 60 minutes away where you can rub shoulders with the rich and not so famous!!The beautiful medieval town of RHONDA is about an hour away and really worth a visit. We would recommend a day trip to GRANADA with the fabulous Alhambra Palace which is about a 90/120 minute drive. Walk down from the Palace into the old town of Granada and enjoy a value for money 'Menu of the Day' in one of the many restaurants dotted around the town.Los Romanes village school is next door to Milagrossa. The school term ends in early July for three months. The school is screened off from the house by high fencing which makes the garden totally private. There are palm trees and exotic climbing plants growing up and giving tropical backdrop to the patio.NoOfAccomodation: 6NoOfBeds: 3Ameneties: Washer, Garage, Parking, OpenFire, DVD, CableSatellite, PrivatePool, Kitchen, CookingUtensils, Refrigerator, Microwave,
