Completed in 2005 Casa Serendipity was built specifically as a Guest House and designed for people who enjoy a quiet and peaceful holiday. The property enjoys magnificent panoramic views through 360 degrees with beautiful sunrises and settings. There are four double/twin bedrooms (including a family room) and four bathrooms, all en-suite. All rooms have air-conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, mosquito screens and roll down blinds. Whilst there is a no smoking policy within the house there are adequate covered terraces which provide this facility. There is car parking for twenty cars and the property comprises three acres, mainly to Almond Trees, although some Jacaranda and Olive have been planted. There is a large private swimming pool with abundant terraces for sunbathing.The area is suitable for cycling and has many walks both accompanied and supervised.
