This lovely Villa is a privately owned 4 bedroom house located in one of the Costa del Sols most exclusive areas.
As you enter the villa you will take in the superb standard of this stunning private house.
On this level is the large open-plan lounge with separate dining room and kitchen.
The main bedroom is also at this level as is the shower room.
On the upper level is a double bedroom, a twin room and a bathroom.
Outside there is a shaded terrace, separate barbecue area, established gardens with lawn and trees as well as extensive sun terrace area surrounding the swimming pool.
The pool is cleaned weekly and the purification chemicals maintained to safe, correct levels.
The pool has slip resistant borders and there is a large sun terrace area with pool shower.
The villa is located in the exclusive area of La Capellania just five minutes drive from the old village of Benalmádena Pueblo with its cobbled streets, white painted houses, bars, restaurants, and places of interest.
The nearest beach is only a few minutes drive and has two beach bars.
Mijas village is about 20 minutes drive and is world famous as the traditional white Andalusian village.
The town of Fuengirola is only a few minutes drive as is Benalmádena Costa with its award-winning marina, with sea trips, live shows, and lots of shops and restaurants.
The villa itself is only 20 minutes from Malaga airport.

Should you have a late afternoon or evening departure flight, we are happy to take care of your cases and take you to the beach or for a coffee whilst you are waiting to depart.
