Perfectly sited, it is located just 400m walk from our small village of El Soto & Dehesa Montenmedio with golf, horseriding and the NMAC art centre and just a few minutes by car from Vejer, miles of undeveloped beaches, as well as a wealth of activities including a day-trip to many cultural gems such as Seville, Ronda & Morocco. The finca is also included in Alistair Sawday´s Ethical Collection: 'Spain' & ´Green Europe´ for self-catering properties, as well as listed with 'Responsible Travel'.This Casita has been designed as open-plan with high wooden ceilings to give plenty of space and light, offering a queen-sized double bed and a full 4-piece en-suite bathroom - as well as fully-fitted kitchen & dining area, large sofa with woodburning stove, (freeview UK & European) satellite TV & DVD and ipod docking station with speakers. There is also complimentary WiFi throughout the property and the grounds. (A travel cot for one chid under two years of age is also available on request.)Two sets of wooden French doors lead outside onto the private raised stone patio with shaded pergola and wonderful views West to Vejer. A table & chairs, pair of hardwood sunbeds, wooden swingchair & traditional barbeque for al-fresco dining, complete the picture. Guests are welcome to enjoy the spacious grounds - stroll down Citrus Walk or through the herb gardens, with plenty of secret corners to escape or explore. A swimming pool with a large patio, shaded pergola & cabana (with bathroom/changing room) for the Casitas is set into the gardens in the top half of the estate.The Casita is cleaned weekly, with fresh cotton bedlinen & bathroom towels. There is also a utility room and a laundry service, as well as a fresh daily bread delivery.
