The house is located in the middle of some 8200m2 private land reflecting the peaceful farm-style neighbourhood of its surroundings. Some of that land still is like the many fields with native fruits while the area surrounding the house is kept as a garden sporting lots of flowers and shade.The home itself is a traditional farm house typical to Mallorca which has been lovingly restored to its former glory. The gallery also is giving you direct access to the terrace of some 30 m2 facing West, while the terrace facing North (33m2) which is partially covered for additional shade, can be accessed via an external staircase from the pool area. Both terraces offer fantastic wiews of the main countryside valley and the majestic mountain range of the Tramuntana beyond.OUTSIDE: swimming pool with terrace, another 15 m2 terrace close to the kitchen. A third terrace of some 4,5m2 sits shaded by a carob tree.
