This traditionally-styled Pimienta Casita offers a high standard of spacious accommodation with modern comforts and seclusion, set in spacious surroundings on the 8-acre ecological, private country estate of El Sueño (meaning 'the dream') within a protected National Park. Perfectly sited, it is located just 400m walk from our small village of El Soto & Dehesa Montenmedio and a few minutes by car from Vejer, miles of undeveloped beaches, as well as a wealth of activities including a day-trip to many cultural gems such as Seville, Ronda & Morocco. The finca is also included in Alistair Sawday´s Ethical Collection: 'Spain' & ´Green Europe´ for self-catering properties, as well as listed on the 'Responsible Travel' website.
Pimienta Casita has three double/twin bedrooms with a large open-plan fully fitted kitchen, dining and living area opening onto a shaded patio and a private garden. There is also WiFi throughout the property and the grounds. At one end of the Casita, the master bedroom has king bed with an en-suite shower room, and at the other there are two twins bedrooms (the largest of which is easily converted into a super-king double) which share a family bathroom . Fully insulated, with thick stone walls, high wooden ceilings, woodburning stove, electric heaters & towels rails, it stays cool in summer and warm in winter and is enjoyed by guests year-round. Please note that both our three bedroom Casitas Pimienta and Alcornoque can sleep a maximum of six persons (four adults) - please see our website for further details, photos and information including individual floor layout plans.
Two sets of wooden French doors lead outside onto the private raised stone patio with shaded pergola and wonderful views West to Vejer. A table & chairs, pair of hardwood sunbeds, double wooden swingchair & traditional barbeque for al-fresco dining, complete the picture.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the spacious grounds - stroll down Citrus Walk or through the herb gardens, with plenty of secret corners to escape or explore. A swimming pool with a large patio, shaded pergola & cabana (with bathroom/changing room) for the Casitas is set into the gardens in the top half of the estate.
The Casita is cleaned weekly, with fresh cotton bedlinen & bathroom towels, while items for chilldren under five years of age such as travel cots, bed guards, high chairs and stair gates are offered with our compliments. . There is also a utility room and a laundry service, as well as a fresh daily bread delivery.
