Our villa has equal sized accommodation arranged over two entirely self contained levels. Both levels of equal quality. Rent one level (for parties up to 4 persons plus cot) or entire villa (for parties up to 8 plus cot and rollaway bed by arrangement). You only pay for the accommodation you are using but get the entire villa and pool to yourself - we will not let the unoccupied level during your stay. if you're a couple or small family rent one level. if you're two couples with or without children then rent the entire villa. Larger families or taking your parents away? This could be ideal! The villa is well maintained, sits low on a mountainside with breathtaking views. Enclosed with gated entry/private parking, 8 x 4 swimming pool with roman steps, air con, extensive terracing, outside shower, sun loungers, bbq, tables, chairs and parasols for al fresco dining.The pool level of the villa comprises a covered Naya with table/chairs/sofa. Then enters into a comfortable lounge with SKY TV/DVD/iPod station, sofas, bookcase with books and games. A small hallway opens to a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave. The bathroom has full sized bath with shower and glass screen over. There are two bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes; one with king sized bed and one with double bed. Lovely views from all the windows. This level of accommodation is ideal for parties up to 4 persons (we have a folding travel cot which can be provided if required).Add the raised terrace level of accommodation to the pool level (described above) and your party of up to 8 (plus cot) can be comfortably accommodated. There is a rollaway bed and a sofa bed so can sleep up to eleven by prior arrangement with owner. In essence, the terrace level of accommodation also comprises a comfortable lounge (with sofa bed and reclining armchair), TV, DVD/CD player. American style fully equipped kitchen with full fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, table and chairs and french doors out to the terrace with another table and chairs with parasol for al fresco dining. This level of accommodation also boasts fantastic views. The bathroom has a full size bath with shower over. There are two bedrooms one king sized and one twin. The twin bedroom also has it's own shower cubicle. The villa is located between Alicane and Valencia airports. Both served by budget airlines (notably; Ryanair and Easyjet). The market town of Pego is a 5 min drive. Adsubia is a 15 minute walk (for a couple of local restaurants, tapas bars, bakery, butcher, bank). Beaches are 10-15 mins drive.
