The villa is located at the end of a cul de sac overlooking Marbella Golf. The location is quiet and ideal for a relaxing holiday. Accommodation has aircon/heating and is on two floors which are connected by a spiral staircase. It is possible to separate the two floors allowing rentals for 4 or 6 people as well as the maximum of 10. As there are two kitchens the property lends itself to two groups holidaying together but require their own space. There is ample parking for several cars if required with two spaces off road. The nearest beach is walkable in about 15 minutes or a five minute drive. We have a management arrangement with a local company who look after all aspects of cleaning and maintenance and are on hand to deal with any concerns. Pool and garden are serviced by local specialists.
