Situated on the edge of the Cabo de Gata, 5km from Almeria airport and 13km from Almeria town centre. A modern very comfortable 3 bedroom apartment on the side of the Championship Alboran golf course. A picturesque area which offers a Spanish holiday but with all modern amenities. the Spanish have been visiting this area for many years and up until now it has been a well kept secret.This lovely 3 bedroom ground floor apartment offers you a modern, comfortable home for your holiday period. The master bedroom has a double bed and each of the other 2 bedrooms have twin beds thus sleeping 6. There are 2 bathrooms one with full bath and shower over, basin, bidet and WC, the other has a shower, WC and Basin. A TV in the lounge has access to both terrestrial digital Spanish TV and satellite freeview English TV. We can provide a DVD player on request. Kitchen and utility room are fully equipped with: Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Oven & Hob, Microwave and Washing machine. We can offer a travel cot for hire at 5€ per week and a hairdryer for 3€ per week. The whole apartment has AirCon/Heating. Outside the south facing garden has a coffee table and 4 easy chairs, a table and chairs and a parasol. There is an awning which can be opened to offer more shade on those very hot sunny days, of which there are many. Wheelchair access is via a ramp and also a lift between the garage area and all 3 floors. Parking is in the underground garage. There is a communal swimming pools and a children's play area. 500 metres away is the beach and there are hotels, bars and restaurants locally. The hotels offer entertainment during the summer and they will allow you to use their pools. The regular local bus will take you into Almeria city centre where there are many things to see and do. From here you can catch other coaches and trains to take you further a-field to Granada to see the Alhambra Palace, Roquetas de Mar, Mojacar and Vera with their English communities. Having your own car will allow you to visit other Spanish villages, Nijar - famous for its ceramics and rugs, San Jose beach village.the water parks, OASYS- mini Hollywood & zoo.
