This Apartment is in a prime position on the Valle Del Este Golf Course.Which is an 18 hole championship course, the best in the area.This is a 2nd Floor Apartment (Top) offering fantastic views looking over the 11th & 12th fairways,also use of 5 pools, the beach at Mojacar and Vera Playa is just 10 minutes awayThere are Restaurants and Bars close by at the Commercial Centre & also at Hotel Valle Del Este, which has a wonderful spa & fitness centre. The golf course opened in 2002 and was designed by José Canales, who integrated the course into the surrounding landscape by making use of indigenous vegetation. There is a good combination of very challenging holes, with other less strenuous holes. The course design and setting make it quite spectacular. The tees are particularly noteworthy, positioned on small raised platforms surrounded by volcanic rock. The fairways are wide and there are a lot of large sand bunkers on the course as well as 3 lakes and several waterfalls.
