Great suite room in Borne District / Park Citadel for short term, with WC / shower for yourselve.
We have a room to rent in the neighborhood of Borne, right in front of the Museum of Zoology, for short periods, from a weekend up to 6 months to longe,r everything is negotiable. The equipment is basic, but enough to get inside today : a giant double bed, a wardrobe and a hanger, the rest is up to you, we provide sheets and towels. The room measures 33 square meters and also has a mini toilet / shower / sink apart, just for you . Also suitable for study of painters, graphic designers etc. . The room is actually two rooms together, and people who have lived in it so far and have used a dining / living / study work and the other to sleep ( all previous tenants have slept nonstop, so we thought that the noise has not been a problem, although it is a mezzanine ) .
The location is absolutely superb, five minute walk to the Ramblas or tento Pça Catalunya, 15 minutes walk to the beach, two minutes walk to the Borne district with its hundreds of restaurants and clubs, five minute yellow metro line ( station Jaume I), six red (station Arc de Triomf ), and five on the green ( Liceu station ). Ten minutes walk to the Nord bus station and five to the railway France Station. Distance to universities : 20 minutes to the central university ( metro red line), and 60 minutes at UAB (red metro line to Pça Catalunya and then railways Sarria ) . 30 seconds to a bike station, 30 second
S to the Citadel Park . Everything is included in the price: WIFI, electricity, washing machine, gas and water. To hang washed clothes have a large terrace .
The room is in the Parque de la Ciudadela, in a modernist building from 1900 which features the first elevator built in Barcelona, with concierge, and has its own access key to your room. The apartment is 200 meters and we are a couple of men who live on the other side. Kitchen availability will increase the price as it is the only common area.
Please and very important : HERMITS NO, we have had two experiences in which the person has been installed as in a cave in the room, without going outside during the stay for months. If you do not have friends, family, or never travel or go anywhere, or hate having relationships with other people, and want to isolate yourself from the world at large, We will say NO since this time.
Price rates : - Stay for a month without kitchen privileges 450 euros ( option only for 1 person)
- Stay for a month with kitchen 530 euros (option for 1 person)
- Weekend 3 days 250 euros (option for 1 or 2 people )
- One day, 50 euros ( option for 1 or 2 people)
- Option to work study (non- kitchen) 450 euros per month (up to three people) .
- Option six months:we need a deposit of 530 euros which will be returned upon departure.
- Other options: we’ll speak.
All options include washing machine and terrace to hang clothes .
Dinner Option: we can make you dinner (we are good cookers ) for 15 euros.
