Hola soy Javi, mi pareja se irá de viaje tres meses por lo que buscamos una persona tranquila, ordenada y limpia que arriende una habitación de nuestro piso. Es un 6º piso con ascensor.
El piso es muy agradable, es muy luminoso y soleado. Tiene 4 habitaciones, 1 baño, cocina, loggia, salón, comedor y terraza para fumadores.
La habitación se arrienda SÓLO DESDE FEBRERO HASTA MEDIADOS DE ABRIL. Tiene todo incluido, cama (individual), closet, calefacción, mesa de estudio, velador, silla, etc. (Si no necesitaras estas cosas las podemos quitar).
Los 400 euros incluye los gastos (luz, agua, gas) y wifi. Te pediremos un mes de fianza.

Hello I'm Javi, my partner will travel three months. We are looking for a quiet, neat and clean person that rents a room in our apartment. This is a 6th floor with elevator.
The apartment is very nice, very bright and sunny. 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, loggia, living room and terrace for smokers.
The room is rented ONLY FROM FEBRUARY TO MIDDLE OF APRIL. It has everything included, bed (single), closet, heating, desk, lamp, chair, etc.. (If you will not need these things we can remove them).
The 400 euros includes utilities (electricity, water, gas) and wifi. We will ask one month deposit.
