" Country Home in Vejer de la Frontera,Cádiz.Spain. Located near the village of Vejer and also to the beaches of Conil,Caños de Meca and El Palmar. The Hacienda is located in a piece of land that measures forty thousand square meters.It is a typical Cortijo from Cádiz,the bedrooms are separated between them and also the sitting room and they are all placed around a patio(you can see it in the picture).There is a suite which has a very big bedroom with a king size bed,a big bathroom and a sitting room with a big porch facing the sea, another house with 3 small rooms with bunk beds ( capacity for 6 people) and a bathroom and there is another house with a bedroom with 2 single beds and also another bathroom inside. The other house is for the living room and the kitchen,It has a bathroom and a mezzanina, it also has a porch with the most fantastic and relaxing view to the sea where you can watch the best sunsets.Total capacity for 10 or 12 people. It is an ecological house with solar energy and its own well. No air conditioning but it is not necessary since it has thick walls in every room,pretty well isolated besides that area,due to its location,always has mild temperatures. It has not central heating but in the sitting room there is a fire place and also in one of the bedrooms there is a wood oven; there are also gas-heaters for the rest of the rooms. There is kitchen equipment,sheets,towels.... all you need to feel comfortable but with no luxury. There is a private swimming-pool very well protected from the wind.
