WHY AM I SELLING?

Since 20 years we are on the market with a very well known name and always up to date, with things well looked after, excellente clients who visit to relax, for business or
congressmeetings.
Our hotel has 30 complete appartments and 100 beds alltogether. The rooms are with air condition and ventilation, cable TV, telephone and frigobar. We are one of the few hotels in Salvador who have solar heating, the restaurant offers typical homemade food. Our green outdoor área has showers, internal parking places, we have leisure rooms with TV and offer internet wireless with 24/h access grátis.
Why am I selling?
I have had the hotel for 20 years, with excellente clients and a name solidified on the market. All in all, I am 59 years old and own also a Internet Consultancy. I am speaker of the hotelsector and internet, beside I am writing an educational book about the hotelbusiness. I am tired of the hotelbranch and wish to change life and travel.
