This immaculate bran newground floor 2 bedroomed apartment is ideally situated on an attractive quiet,small complex,only 2 minutes drive from the popular Royal Campaomar Golf Club and 10 minutes from the nearest stunning blue flag sandy beach of Campaomar,with its attractive marina and promenade and crystal clear sea.Only 3 apartments from the lovely pool,it is well equipped with all the comforts of home.The apartment is stylishly furnished and decorated with a double and a twin bedroom plus a fold up bed,thus sleeping 5 comfortably.There is plenty of storage space with 3 double fitted wardrobes,bedside cabinets and 2 chests of drawers in the bedrooms.The lounge/diner is open plan with the kitchen at one end where you will find everything you need for an enjoyable holiday.The kitchen facilities include a fridge/freezer,microwave,toaster,kettle,hob and full oven and there is a separate utility area with a washing machine.The lounge and dining table comfortably seat 4 though extra seating is possible by using the patio chairs.As well as the flat screen TV with UK SAT TV in the lounge there is also a TV with local TV in the double bedroom.For your added enjoyment there is a DVD player with DVDs to borrow and a small library of books.There are 2 cool airs unit and 4 ceiling fans for your added comfort.Outside there is a spacious patio with a garden furniture make this the ideal area to enjoy alfresco living.The pool is well kept as is the spacious areas around it and the patio next to it.As there are only 36 apartments in total the pool is rarely crowded and at times you will have it to yourself.Children are welcome to borrow the lilos and floats in the apartment.Within a few minutes walk you will find several bars,restaurants,internet cafes,local shops and the popular Mercadona supermarket.Our favourites are the Vault for breakfast from 2.95e and Pato Peking with Menu of the Day from 5.25e(3 courses with drinks).Some bars nearby offer live entertainment.Locally there is a childrens park, bowling evenings and cycle hire.The traditional towns of San Miguel and San Pedro are nearby as are the blue flag beach resorts of La Zenia,Punta Prima,Playa Flamenca and Las Palmeras,all only around a 10 min drive.If you would like a change from their long sandy beaches a visit to the sandy cove Cabo Roig is a must with its pretty pine trees and beach bar/cafe,only 10 minutes drive.There is an excellent bus service only 5 min walk away to catch the bus to various towns,beaches.The area is very popular with golfers with several championship courses nearby,in addition to the famous Campeomar golf club within a 3 min drive OR 10 minute walk.Why not treat yourself to a meal there or try your hand on the golf course?The popular and lively town and resort of Torrevieja with it’s Friday market and marina is only a 10 minute drive away with tennis,go-karting,water sports,an aqua park,zoo,horse riding,boat trips and shopping for all budgets.The World Health Organisation rate this region as the healthiest in Europe with over 300 days of sunshine every year and an average temperature of 20 you can make the most of the outdoors and enjoy either a restful or active holiday with bars,restaurants and shops for all budgets and tastes.
