la habitación doble con baño privado en el centro que estabas soñando!!
quieres vivir en el mejor barrio de madrid? entre los metros de tribunal-chueca-gran vía-alonso martinez? con compañeras de piso simpáticas y no fumadoras de españa, polonia y francia? estas de suerte!!! el 23 DE MARZO se va nuestro compañero italiano tras casi 2 años y queda libre la mejor habitación de la casa: doble para que traigas amistades, parejas o familiares los fin de semana -con discreción sin molestarnos y sin fumar todo estará genial :)- tu super habitación tiene una ventana enorme de dos metros de alta por uno de ancha a un patio luminoso y tranquilo, ademas tendrás dos escritorios, dos sillas, un armario, cajoneras, baldas, cerradura con llave y lo mejor de todo tu propio baño con wc ducha y lavabo :) vamos un choyo porque a pocas visitas que tengas al mes compensaras los gastos de hotel de tus amigos o familiares y desde aquí podréis ir andando a todas las zonas turísticas de madrid y disfrutar de la zona de tiendas de ropa de fuencarral y de los bares y restaurantes de tapas de hortaleza, malasaña y chueca :) estará libre el 15 de febrero

would you like to live in the best neighborhood of madrid? among tribunal-chueca - gran via-alonso martinez tubes? with nice flatmates and non smokers from spain, poland and france? you are lucky! the 23rd march our italian friend will leave the ouse after 2 years in the best room of this house. the room is double like this you can invite friends or relatives in the weekends - with discretion without bothering us and no smoking, all will be great:) - your new super room has a big window - two meters of high by one of broadband- to a bright quite terraze courtyard, also have two desks, two chairs, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves, key with lock and the best of all your own bathroom with wc, shower and washbasin :) it will be a bargain because with just few visits that have per month you will save a lot of money in hotelsfor your friends or family and from here you can walk to all the tourist areas of downtown madrid and enjoy the fashion shopping area of fuencarral street and famouses bars and tapa restaurants of hortaleza street and cool coffes of malasaña and chueca area :) so remember 23 march you will be star a new life in this room of the center of madrid :)
