Luxury 2 double bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment (sleeps 4-5) with private 25ft sun terrace with built-in BBQ overlooking the tennis club & sea, 2 communal outdoor pools, & exclusive use of the indoor pool complex with jacuzzi & gym. The apartment benefits from sitting room with satellite TV, Xbox with games, WII with games, IPOD docking station, CD player, dining area, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, purified water machine, air conditioning & central heating. Situated within a stroll of the tennis club and the majority of the restaurants. Easy access to golf. 50% discounts on green fees & tennis discounts as Club members.
The apartment is less than 3 years old, and is furnished to a very high standard. The rooms are all spacious, and this apartment enjoys lots of extras to include a Playstation 2 with games for the kids, 4 sun loungers (rather than 2) and a telephone/fax line for those who need to stay in contact. The terrace enjoys sun all day between March & September (slightly shorter days further out of season) & is in prime position overlooking (but not too close to) the larger outdoor pool, the tennis club & with distant views of the sea. The indoor pool is approx. 25m long, adjoins a jacuzzi & a gym & is available exclusively to residents of Los Olivos.
La Manga Club is owned by P & O, and is primarily an exclusive British resort for golf & tennis enthusiasts. There are 3 golf championship courses at La Manga and as Club Members, you are entitled to a 50% discount on green fees (you are advised to pre-book tee times at all times of year). This apartment is located opposite the tennis club, which is now the official LTA winter training centre & offers 24 courts of all surfaces (again bookings are strongly recommended prior to departure during mid or high season). A tennis academy (both adult & junior) runs regularly (please check with the tennis club for dates). Club members are entitled to a 10% reduction on court fees.
