This villa was completed in early 2006 and has been decorated and furnished with care creating a luxurious 'home from home'. The modern fitted kitchen is equipped to a high standard. The private swimming pool is set in a large garden with an abundance of room for sunbathing around the pool, or up on the large private roof terrace. There are patio doors leading out to a choice of shaded or sunny terraces, allowing you to take advantage of the warm evenings and indulge in ‘al fresco’ dining with the built in barbeque.
Once inside the villa everything is on the same level, and the corridors and rooms are spacious, so the villa would seem ideal for anyone with walking difficulties (with the exception of the roof terrace).
Villa Melaza is located in a quiet area approximately a 10 minute walk to summer opening supermarket, a couple of tapas bars, and a bakery, and a 20 minute walk from a high quality international restaurant. The bustling yet traditional fishing village of L’Ametlla de Mar, which offers a great selection of shops, bars and restaurants is just a 5 minute drive away.
