This apartment has been built in 2006 to a high standard, it has two bedrooms with built in wardrobes, a luxury fitted kitchen, washing machine in utility room, a spacious lounge and a balcony with outdoor furniture for those sunny relaxed meals, or for a restful drink after a busy day. The bathroom is also fully fitted, with bath, over bath shower, toilet and bidet. For your security there are grilles fitted. Radio, C.D. player and television with D.V.D player are included. All bed linen and towels are included with the exception of beach towels. There are numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance, also a supermarket. The beach is a ten minute drive with adequate free parking and "The Strip", with restaurants shops and bars to suit all tastes is a five minute drive, also with adequate free parking.
Alicante Airport is 50 minutes dreive on a pleasant, easy-to-follow coast road and full directions are given when booking.
