Casa Avalon is a town house situated in the old town of Oliva. It has been refurbished to modern standards, but retains the character of the original house. There are numerous bars restaurants and shops all within a short walking distance. The beach is approx 3 kms from the house and is truly fabulous, and one of the few in the region that has not been over developed. The area is surrounded with orange groves, and with the local terrain being mostly flat it lends itself to being explored by bicycle, there are two at the house for this purpose.Oliva sits between Alicante and Valencia and these are the most accessible airports, it is quite easy to travel to the house by train if using Valencia.The property is spacious with lots of outside areas to soak up the sun or sit in the shade.
