Responsibilities: Answers incoming calls and identifies the nature of problems in an expeditious manner while demonstrating an appropriate sense of urgency to the internal business customer.
Conducts first-level problem diagnosis and determines the most effective and standard method of restoring service using predefined cases.
Remotely troubleshoot problems and coordinate resolutions.
Achieves first-call resolution when possible or notifies and transfers problems to the appropriate internal or vendor revolver groups.
Trade support
Provide users with remote systems support on distributed applications and systems.
