Welcome to our apartment at the prestigious Roda Golf and Beach Resort, on phase 3 of the resort. Our apartment is a two bedroomed ground floor apartment, which leads out onto beautiful communal gardens and a beautiful shared pool. The apartment provides a great relaxing base for golfers and non golfers alike, with a lovely climate throughout the year. Come over and relax.The apartment has two bedrooms, one double room with ensuite bathroom and own terrace into the gardens, a twin room and further bathroom,both with plenty of storage and hanging space.The fully equipped kitchen has a washing machine, ceramic hob, toaster and coffee percolator.The living room dining room area is comfortably furnished with TV/DVD and DVD collection. The terrace has dining furniture for four and loungers.The gated community at Roda Golf & Beach Resort is home to a fabulous Dave Thomas designed 18 hole par 72 PGA Accredited golf course with golf school and high tech facilities. The fabulous new Golf Club House has superb restaurants and bars catering for all tastes, including live jazz and dinner nights on the outside terrace.The resort also offers a wonderful Beach Club at the end of the famous La Manga. The fabulous Beach Club and spa (with transport organized by Roda Golf) provides a fantastic setting in which to spend a day, with the Mar Menor on one side and the Mediterranean on the other. This area is a wonderful all year round holiday destination, with Roda a convenient base for participating in all that the Costa Calida has to offer – whether it be sports such as sailing, windsurfing, water skiing and horse riding or enjoying a gentle sail on the Mediterranean Sea or perhaps a stroll along the wonderful promenade located on the fringes of the Mar Menor or even shopping at the local markets or in the sophisticated city of Murcia. There are various good quality restaurants in town or further afield at La Manga, Los Belones and San Pedro or locally in the town of Los Alcazares, which has great amenities with restaurants, shops, cafes and a beach side promenade.Close by is the unspoilt beautiful area called Calblanque, miles of unspoilt beaches, with no development in sight and long sandy beaches. Turtles and eagles have been spotted in this area which makes a day away from it all.Roda Golf’s convenient location to nearby transport links including motorway and rail ensure that day trips to the Medieval city of Murcia or Roman and Carthagian Cartagena as well as fabulous historic Granada are all perfectly possible. It is also only 3 hours or so from Madrid or Granada if you wanted an extra special day trip during your visit.
