ROLE and RESPONSABILITIES
The role of the System Analyst (SA) is to apply analytical skills to business requests and communicate these business needs in a clear and unambiguous manner. A key part of this is ensuring these requests or requirements are consistent and not in contradiction with each other. The emphasis in the role is to understand the requirements from the business prespective and translate them into a forma that can be understood and acted on by a service provider or the firm's Corporate IT department.
The SA will be responsible for analysing the business needs of internal as well as external clients, help to identify business problems and propose solutions for the firm fast-growing Credit Managment and CRM business unit. In this environment, the SA typically performs a liaison function between the business side and the information technology department or the external service providers during the development lifecycle.
The SA will be also responsible of : - creating documentation and maintain supporting materials
- performing gap analyses and business impact analyses for the implementation of new modifies system
- providing cost/time estimates and constructing business cases
- creating/modifying user training materials and conducting classes for supported systems
- providing assistance to the marketing and sales teams
- improving business processes
- tracing the requirements during implementation phase
- testing (tests cases, unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing)
EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
-Hold a university degree or equivalent qualification, an advanced degree is preferred
-Have a proven and strong technical background
-Experience in the CRM business or related technology business is not mandatory but is a plus
-Be a great communicator and diligent team member
-Be result oriented
-HAve organizacional skills
-Have strong Systems Analysis, DAtabase Design and Data Processing skills
-Have strong written and oral communcation skills
-Be familiar with programming languages and client-server applications
-Have strong customer service skills
-Be proficient in flowcharting tools or/and data modeling tools such as Visio
-Be proficient in MS-Word is required
-Be fluent in English (oral and written)
It will help if you: -Have worked for a CRM outsource business or related technology business
-Hold CRM or business administration qualifications
-Have experience as a trainer
-Have experience as a CRM consultant
-Have other language skills including French, German and Spanish
-Are proficient in MS-Project
