We are looking for a TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER - LEVEL 2 to join our team as a full-time employee.Responsibilities: Providing technical assistance to international clientele by phone, electronic communications and remote connections
Installation or remote assistance for installation of client-server and web technologies
Testing and troubleshooting of issues reported by clients
Tracking and follow-up of all reported issues
Properly document issues encountered in the field in the trouble ticket system.
Ensure timely escalation of critical customer related issues through proper channels.
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Qualifications: Italian native speaker, fluent in English
Computer Science Degree/Diploma or equivalent
3 years of relevant working in Customer Service and Software Technical Support
Able to explain technical information to non-technical people.
Excellent knowledge of networking principles and the IP protocols.
Experience with troubleshooting net work architectures
Experience with networking equipment configuration and troubleshooting.
Basic Mac, Linux knowledge
Basic SQL knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English
Ability and willingness to learn new technology quickly
A proven team player with the ability to work under pressure
Exceptional time management and ability to prioritize duties
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Any other related duties that may be assigned by management
