Tranquility One is one of two apartments set in 18,000m landscaped gardens and cultivated land that overlooks and shares the swimming pool.
A patio divides the two apartments.
All guests will be greeted personally on arrival at the house and shown round the property by the owners. You will have an English/Spanish speaking contact during your holiday, should you need it. On the day of departure, they will be on hand to collect the keys, and to make sure that everything was to your satisfaction.
Details indoors: This spacious, comfortable apartment is furnished to a high standard. There is oil fired central heating throughout for those chillier evenings during the winter months. The floors are tiled and all of the windows have shutters for privacy and shade.
There is one bedroom with a double bed, double fitted wardrobe, plenty of drawer space and a ceiling
fan.
The bathroom is accessed from the bedroom and has a bath with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. There is also a centrally heated towel rail.
The patio doors in the living area open out onto the pool and gardens beyond. It has a large welcoming sofa, coffee table and side tables. The television and dvd player are enclosed in a cabinet. Dvd's, cards, dominoes and a board game can all be found in the drawer below.
The kitchen is completely furnished with all modern equipment, including an electric oven and gas hob,extractor, microwave,washing machine and fridge/freezer, You will also find a coffee maker,kettle,toaster,iron and ironing board .
A selection of books and magazines are offered on the glass shelved open cabinet along with a cd player and cd's.
The whole of the living area is open plan creating a bright and ambient atmosphere.
There is also a single fold-able bed available for a 3rd person.
Details outdoors: * The tiled 8m x 4m swimming pool is 1 metre in depth at the shallow end and 1.8 metres at its deepest.
* Sunbeds and hammocks surround the pool which benefits from all day sunshine.
* The views are astounding.
* Geraniums fill the patio where there is a table and chairs, an ideal area for enjoying breakfast in the morning
sun.
* Other seating areas around the garden enable you to enjoy the beautiful countryside.
* Enjoy your lunch and evening meal "al fresco" in our fabulous garden kitchen. The aroma of steaks
sizzling on the plancha (closed grill) will satisfy most. Grill fresh sardines over firewood on the BBQ.
* The kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare your food here and a sink enables you wash up afterwards.
* The huge marble table welcomes all and the bamboo roof will provide you with dappled shade in the
mid-day sun.
* Flowers,shrubs and trees are abundant, all carefully tended by the proud owners. Any fruit in season
will be offered to guests, freshly picked.
* Pool is cleaned daily and pool towels provided (1 set per stay).
