STANDARD OPERATIONAL PROCEDURE
1. Buyer issues LOI. (If it is accepted for the seller, proceed to continue.)
2. Seller confirms Soft Corporate Offer and Buyer issue ICPO with full banking coordinates to Seller.
3. Seller issues draft contract open for amendments. along with NCND/IMFPA completed and signed by Buyer, Buyer Mandate and all Intermediaries and passed to Seller Side for completion.
4. Buyer returns signed draft contract to Seller. with NCNDA IMFPA.
5. Seller bank officer send by email Partial POP to buyer bank officer.
6. Buyer's bank issue RSLBC - to Seller’s nominated Bank account.
7. Seller issues PB 1.% to buyer Bank.
8. Seller/issues original contract for final signatory, both party exchange hard copy of Contract via courier. Both party lodges' contracts in Respective banks.
9. Seller issue full set of (FULL POP) documents as the bona fide owner of the product.
10. Delivery commence as scheduled.
11. Buyer's bank make payment (via MT 103) Telegraphic wire Transfer.
12. Buyer Mandate confirms this Soft Offer I agree with this procedure and request address of the seller to write in or LOI.
