Shaklee provides PWS owners with a great deal of flexibility when it comes to naming their web site URLs. This also includes the name of their web site as it is displayed on their PWS home page, and the Shaklee.com "Find A Distributor" search results pages as well. These names are entered in the "Name, Slogan, Welcome Message" fields in your PWS edit menu at MyShaklee.com.
There are specific guidelines in the Shaklee P & R, however, that must be followed regarding the naming of your PWS, and they cover both the URL of your site (i.e., http;//your_name.myshaklee.com ) and the text name that appears on your PWS pages and search results (i.e., Smith Distributors - Call Us for Good Health 1-800-xxx-xxxx).Make sure the text of your PWS Name, Slogan, and Welcome Message does not violate the P & R pricing policy: Shaklee Independent Distributors may not advertise, list, or refer to the price of Shaklee products on their shaklee.net web sites or their independent site with the exception of the Suggested Retail Price or, with enrollment as a Member, MN price.Also, your PWS Name, Slogan, Welcome Message should not in any way represent that your PWS is a part of the Shaklee Corporate web site: Shaklee Independent Distributors may not use any term or mark in their Internet address that may cause others to believe their web site is owned by Shaklee Corporation or any of its subsidiaries or divisions; nor may Shaklee Independent Distributors use any term, name, or mark in the Internet address that may cause the public to believe they are dealing with Shaklee Corporation or any of its subsidiaries or divisions.
