The house is a typical Spanish "finca" style, white painted walls, sitting on its own detached plot with lovely gardens of bouganvillia, palms and tropical plants and fruit trees with a shady pergola perfect for dining Al Fresco during the long hot summer days.This villa also has very sunny terraces around two sides of the property which are furnished with tables for dining and lounging chairs for taking it easy. You will also find in this well established garden a gas BBQ and a roof terrace. The pool is lovely with plenty of area around for soaking up the sun and there is lighting in the pool and tiled steps leading into the shallow end.Although a car is recommended to allow you to visit all the great places of interest, for those of you who like walking, it is not essential.Entering the home you will find a traditional hallway with door leading to a wonderful country styled kitchen which is well equipped for your stay and has dishwasher, microwave and plenty of plates and cutlery.A door leads into a separate dining room off the lounge which is light and seats 6 people with ease, this room is perfect for winter stays when you may not want to dine outside.There is a comfortable lounge with wood burning fire and leather sofas, TV with SKY free to view channels and a DVD. WIFI now installed to keep you up to date and online.Two of the bedrooms are twin rooms with wardrobe space and one of the rooms has flat screen TV and DVD player. The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes and a large en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath. You will also find a separate shower room.Air conditioning in the master bedroom is available at a supplement of 10€ per week and for our winter guests there is gas central heating to radiators throughout the property.Wonderful and well established gardens run all around this villa making it private and also offering much needed shade during the winter months. A wonderful Bougainvillia covered pergola in the centre of the garden has table and chairs below giving a wonderful area for dining at any time of the day. You will find terraces on two sides of the home all furnished either with table and chairs or relaxer chairs for taking it easy.The pool is a lovely size and there are sun loungers around for soaking up the sun.
