Located in a quiet, secure, small residential area, the property is only a short walk from excellent beaches, bars, restaurants and shops. The villa itself comprises three bedrooms, bathroom, ground floor cloakroom and open plan lounge/diner/kitchen. There is a covered patio with a small garden, first floor balcony from master bedroom and rooftop solarium. Also a private driveway. There is cold/hot air conditioning and television with UK channels etc. There are three golf courses short distance drive away. Every Saturday there is a large and colourful street market at the top of the road. Various sporting facilities are available at the Orihuela Costa Resort for a small charge.• Both the lounge/dining room and master bedroom have metered air conditioning. All rooms have ceiling fans and there are also other small fans. The property is suitable for children, and there is a travel cot available.• One of the bedrooms is situated on the ground floor next to the cloakroom. All the ground floor is accessible with one step up from the road and another step up to the patio. Due to its size the kitchen area is not suitable for wheelchair users.• Small garden and patio on the ground floor with table, four chairs and parasol, also two sun loungers. Table and two chairs on balcony. Other garden chairs on solarium. Large communal pool area with children's paddling pool, chairs, tables and showers.• There are two available airports, Alicante - which is approximately 40 mins by motorway, which has an exit at La Zenia close to the villa. The other airport is Murcia which is approx 25 mins, also with easy access to motorway.• Torrevieja is approximately 10 mins by car, but there are also regular buses.
