Situated between Javea and Moraira
This beautiful select Villa lies 5 minutes from Benitachell. The well preserved seaside towns of Moraira and Javea can be reached in just 10 or 15 minutes. No less than four golf courses, or the seaside towns of Benidorm, Denia and Altea are all within just 30 minutes drive. Ideal for families and lies 60-70 minutes drive from either Alicante or Valencia airport, just off the ASP-7/E-15 toll motorway on the Costa Blanca.
MORAIRA
Either on foot or with small boats, this long stretch of white sandy beaches has crystal clear waters, restaurants right on the beach, parking areas, a port area, Red Cross services and showers.
One nice cute cove with a lot of history is the one called the Portet. It was the place of shelter for Phoenician, Greek, Roman, Arab or privateer sailing or trading ships. Today its a well equipped zone for doing all kinds of nautical sports. And from there we can take a stroll to the watch out tower near the Cap d'Or ( the Golden Cape). This tower is on the most elevated part of the cape, overlooking the beach mentioned before. The Cova de les Cendres ( the Cendres Cove) is an Archaeological field from the Upper Palaeolithic times about 40 metres above sea level. In the near future there will be a museum near this cove with all the findings. The castle of Moraira was built in 1742 and there is a shield from the Royal Borbon family over the door way.
JAVEA
Especially along the Avenida del Mediterraneo which runs along the Javea harbor area, you will find many restaurants and bars.
From a sightseeing point of view, you should visit the church Iglesia de San Bartolome, which was built in the 12th century. Also of interest is the museum Soler Blasco, which can be found in the calle Primicias. The museum displays a copy of the treasure of Javea, which consists of jewelry from the past centuries. The original treasure of Javea can be seen in Madrid.
One of the most impressive sightseeing point of Javea are not buildings but the wonderful view from the Cabo de Nao San Martin. Walking up a path from the Javea harbor, the hill of the bay allows an impressive view on the cabo de nao with a lighthouse on top. The cabo can be reached by car, on a road surrounded by Javea real estate agencies and residential areas. The top of the cabo de Nao gave me the impression as the last piece of hill of Javea which has not been built on. As well as the cabo de San Martin a must for every Javea tourist, because of the wonderful view.
Other Towns are just a short car journey away including....Denia, Calpe and Benidorm
