Welcome to our Villa Oasis situated in the town of Ciudad Quesada, near Torrevieja, in the heart of the Costa Blanca on Spain's south eastern coast, 30 minutes from either Alicante or Murcia Airports. This area of Spain boasts over 320 days of sunshine each year and has been reputed by the World Health Organisation as one of the healthiest places to live in Europe. The villa is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached house in a pleasant, quiet and mature residential neighbourhood with a large private swimming pool and Jacuzzi, and a 64m2 roof terrace with built in BBQ and food preparation area. The villa has sea views and is within 10 mins walking distance of restaurants and bars and 5 mins walking from tennis and basketball courts.
Ideally suited for families and golfers alike, it is within a short drive of 6 good golf courses and the 14km of glorious beaches around Guardamar del Segura, some of the best beaches in Spain. Less than 5 minutes drive takes you to the popular Quesada Water Park, Quesada centre with its shops, banks and restaurants and La Marquesa golf. The local shops are a two-minute drive, while Quesada has 3 supermarkets. Torrevieja is 8 km away, with a superb shopping mall, including a large Carrefour hypermarket.
The house is designed for outdoor living with a pleasant patio at the front, ideal for breakfast or lunch, or just watching the world go by. The back garden contains a private swimming pool with jacuzzi and teracces that have both sun and shade for most of the day. Finally, and my favourite, is a 64m2 roof terrace with built-in barbeque and food preparation area and a large dining table and chairs ideal for entertaining. We have also got sun loungers on the terrace for soaking up the Costa Blanca sun!
Inside are all the conveniences you would expect. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and fully equiped kitchen. The main family bathroom has a hydro-massage spa bath.
