Weekly rents from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 12am
The house is located in a residencial zone on the edge of Santa Maria de Palautordera, at the base of the Montseny natural park. It is a ten minute walk to the centre of the village or a two minute car ride. The immediate neighbourhood is extremely peaceful, the only cars that enter the area belong to the local residents. With the occasional exception, noise levels between 00:00 hours and 09:00 are low. Therefore this is an ideal home for people wanting tranquil nights and not recommendable for those inclined to night time revelry.
The SWIMMING POOL is 15 meters in length and holds 100.000 liters of water. The water comes from a natural spring on the premises. The pool is fully equipped with a self cleaning system. The garden and pool areas are spaces with almost total privacy (only one neighbour overlooks the bottom garden).
The kitchen is fully equipped.
There are also dishwasher, microwave, two refridgerators, electric kettle and food mixers.

The house is distributed in three floors and overlooks the garden and surrounding countryside.
THE LAYOUT: - 3 double bedrooms, 2 triple beedroom and 1 single bedroom. (+ cot) the house sleeps 12 comfortably.
- Dining room ajoining the kitchen ( fully equipped including dish washer, microwave, oven and hob) with dining table and chairs and sofa.
- Living room with sofas, tv, dvd and vhs video machine.
- One bathroom/toilet in the second floor, and another toilet on the first floor.
There’s a small library of english books that you’re welcome to read during your stay plus a few children’s games and puzzles in the living room.
We also leave an information pack filled with house details and local info (restaurants, excursions, train timetables etc.)
WE PROVIDE: All bedding, Sheets, Hand towels, Bath mat.
Please note that large towels are not provided. If you wish to rent bath and beach towels please ask us about prices.
There are 6 lounge beds outside, plus various tables, chairs and parasols.
There is a ping-pong table in the garden. Bats and balls not provided.
